Delete Your Account
Request permanent deletion of your Tunevora account and the personal data associated with it.
1. How to request account deletion
Send an email from the email address registered to your Tunevora account to support@tunevora.com with the subject “Tunevora Account Deletion Request.” Include your Tunevora account email address and, if applicable, your username or artist stage name.
An in-app account deletion option will also be available from Tunevora account settings. Until that option is available in your installed version, you can use the email request method above.
2. Data deleted with your account
After confirming a valid deletion request, Tunevora will delete or permanently anonymize eligible account-linked data, which may include your profile, email association, username, profile image, preferences, playlists, likes, follows, listening history, search activity, notification preferences, artist application information, uploaded music and artwork, release metadata, and other personal data connected to the account.
3. Data that may be retained
Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, accounting, tax, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or protection of Tunevora and its users. Where retention is required, the information is restricted to the necessary purpose and retained only for the applicable legal or operational period. Certain transaction and financial records may be retained for up to seven years where required by law.
4. Processing time
We aim to complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Complex requests, active payment disputes, unresolved artist payouts, legal obligations, or security investigations may require additional time. We will notify you if more time is necessary.
5. Identity verification
To protect users from unauthorized deletion, Tunevora may ask you to verify ownership of the account. Requests should be sent from the registered account email address. We will never ask you to send your Tunevora password.
