1. Introduction and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Tunevora may collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use Tunevora applications, websites, music services, artist tools, subscription features, event features, and support channels.

2. Account and profile information

Tunevora may collect information such as your name, display name, username, email address, profile image, country or region, account preferences, subscription status, and other profile details you choose to provide.

3. Listening and activity information

Tunevora may process searches, listening history, recently played content, likes, follows, playlists, queues, downloads, recommendations, notification interactions, and other activity needed to operate and personalize the service.

4. Artist and creator information

For artist accounts, Tunevora may process stage names, biographies, verification information, uploaded music, artwork, release metadata, analytics, earnings information, payment history, withdrawal requests, event details, and ticket activity.

5. Device, technical, and location information

Tunevora may receive device type, operating system, app version, browser information, language, approximate region, network information, diagnostic data, crash reports, and performance information. Where permitted, approximate location may be used for localization, analytics, security, or relevant advertising.

6. Transaction information

When you purchase a subscription or ticket, Tunevora may process transaction references, payment status, amount, currency, selected plan or product, and related billing records. Trusted payment processors may handle sensitive payment credentials directly.

7. How information is used

Information may be used to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, stream and deliver content, personalize recommendations, provide artist tools, process transactions, send service communications, prevent fraud, enforce policies, improve performance, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Tunevora may send account verification, security alerts, password recovery messages, transaction confirmations, subscription updates, artist or content notifications, service announcements, and support responses. Optional communications can be managed where settings are available.

Tunevora may work with trusted providers supporting authentication, cloud infrastructure, media delivery, payment processing, communications, analytics, fraud prevention, security, advertising, and customer support.
